Every TAKARA piece is made specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on quality over mass production.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment.
During new releases, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 Business Days
International
- Standard Shipping: 7–21 Business Days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TAKARA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
